Return Policy for Defective Products
If your product is defective, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department.
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us within 30 days of your purchase invoice date.. Please email customerservice@prorelif.com with name, address, daytime phone, invoice # and nature of defect we will issue an RMA# and return information via email. RMA’s expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition. Please pack the product inside its original box along with any accessory such as manual, CD, registration card, etc., then carefully pack the original box within a shippable box. Do not use the product original box as the shipping box. A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. A copy of the original invoice is required on all Returns.
Return Policy for Non-Defective Products
Prorelief,com will accept back any non-defective or unopened products for credit or refund as long as the products are in re-sellable condition: complete in its original box, with all manuals, documentation, accessories, all software, and within 30 days from date of invoice.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Prorelief.com will not credit shipping and handling fees. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Prorelief.com. All products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return, Prorelief.com will not accept any product for return without a RMA number. All products returned are subject to Prorelief.com restrictions.
